Terms and Conditions
Training Event Cancellations
For most in-person training events, the minimum required cancellation notice for a program refund (minus $150 administrative fee) is 2 weeks prior to event (unless otherwise stated on program brochure or special event web-page). In the case of major conferences held at large-space hotel venues, the minimum cancellation notice is 12-14 weeks prior to event. For international retreats, the minimum cancellation notice is arranged in accordance with retreat centre policies. See your retreat program website page for details. When minimum cancellation notice is not given, a workshop or training credit may be provided. No exceptions will be made to this cancellation policy for any reason including, but not limited to: death, injury, personal loss, illness, natural disasters, war, civil strife, accidents, airport closures, or theft.
Purchased Retreats and Training Products
Instructors assigned to any training product, including retreats and conferences, are subject to change without notice (in cases of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to assigned instructor illness or emergency).
Online Training Programs
No cash refund for online training programs. If you are less than 100% satisfied with the online training course you purchased, you are eligible for a voucher credit (if you can show us evidence you stuck with the course, followed through on the exercises, and didn't see results).
