About Your Mastermind Schedule
Your registration TODAY includes an OPTIONAL 40 HOUR CEU one-year intensive. The entire course is delivered through an on-line learning and webinar platform.
We usually meet on the last Tuesday of each month from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. ET/Toronto time (and sometimes on the last Monday). In addition to our regular monthly classes: you also have access to bi-monthly mastermind broadcasts with specialty faculty, and quarterly panel discussions for reviews of best practices in emerging holistic psychotherapy interventions vis-a-vis relevant legislation and scopes of practices.
If you are unable to attend the classes live, no worries -- the recordings are kept in an e-library for your lifetime access. All of our mastermind meetings and deep dive seminars are always highly interactive with mixed mini-lecture, case consultations, clinical demonstration, group discussions, case study reviews, and reflective practices.
During each month of the program, you'll be given clinical reflection and practice homework, and you'll be asked to complete 1 hour monthly consultation OR clinical supervision calls with your instructor (this is an optional component of the program). In addition, group and peer-to-peer consultations are provided through our online monthly forums. This ensures your momentum and progression through each phase of learning.
Following your completion of the one-year intensive, you will be provided with a 40 CEU certificate and will be included in lifetime mastermind membership. The lifetime mastermind membership gives you ongoing access to all online and in-person events, including: Conferences, world-wide Soul Circle Gatherings, online mastermind Deep Dives and bi-monthly master classes FOR LIFE (even after you've completed your 40 hour CE certificate course). About Your Lead Instructor
Karen Day is a Master’s trained Registered Social Worker specializing in holistic psychotherapy and integrative approaches to mental health. She is the President of Daybreak Therapy and Training, and has over twenty-five years of combined experience in the provision of mental health services, crisis and trauma counselling, and clinical social work practice, teaching and supervision.
Karen is Past-President of the Canadian Society of Clinical Hypnosis – Ontario Division, and she continues to teach clinical hypnosis and depth-oriented psychotherapeutic interventions to mental health professionals in the Toronto area through the Society and as adjunct faculty with the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. Karen is also the lead designer of Mind-Body-Spirit Psychotherapy - a yearly international conference on mind-body-spirit connections in psychotherapy.
In addition, she has both received and provided extensive training internationally in the areas of mindfulness-based approaches in mind-body healing, energy medicine in counselling, and Ericksonian-based psychotherapy.
